Service
Mutasi converts bank statement PDFs into XLSX/CSV files. You confirm you have the right to upload the documents you process.
Accuracy
We provide an automatic balance check, but you must review the output before using it for tax, audit or legal purposes. The service is provided as is.
Credits & subscriptions
Credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record.
Refunds
If a conversion fails because of a service fault, the pages used are credited back. Other requests can be sent to support within 14 days of purchase.
Prohibited use
Do not upload documents you have no right to, abuse the free quota, or place excessive load on the service.
