Data we store
We store only a user ID, job ID, detected bank, page count, reconciliation result (pass/fail) and timestamps. Transaction contents are never stored in our database.
Your files
Uploaded PDFs and generated outputs are kept in private storage and deleted automatically after 24 hours (30 days for Pro customers). PDF password unlocking is attempted in your browser; the password is never sent to our servers.
AI processing
If the rule-based parser fails, pages may be sent to an AI model provider to be read. The account holder's name is not included and images are cropped to the table area where possible.
Accounts & payments
Sign-in uses an email link or Google. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; we do not store card data.
Free usage limit
To limit abuse we store a hash of your IP address (not the IP itself) with your monthly page count.
